Haha.. Finally i resigned.. i submit my letter on 2nd of may.
My manager treat me very good.. & i also learn alot thing from him..

unfortunately i need to leave.. i think you knew my reason for leaving..
never regret to make this decision, the only thing is i feel guilty to you..

i think every one know why i wan to leave..
this is due to some unfair policy for foreigner ..
Every foreigner please listen to me..
There not such rule that you need to paid surety to your company because you are foreigner..
plsease be aware on this...
one thing tat i not happy is..
company already hold my surety.. because there mention they cant hold our salary more than 15 days..
but i just receive a letter from my HR, they will hold me June salary to seetle the IRAS issue..
BUT so funny is they already hold my surety(around 2.1k) what for they will still want hold my salary....
F*** you...
